### Auto-Billing Mechanics

* The account owner will then be informed/notified, and the process will continue seamlessly without disruption.
* Auto-billing will be triggered if an existing subscriber's chatbot is queried and they run out of credits.
* Given our varied packages, the system will determine which package to purchase.
* Please note - Auto-billing can be disabled in your account at any time by going to ***Account > Subscription** and* then clicking on *"*Disable Auto-Billing"*.*
