The account owner will then be informed/notified, and the process will continue seamlessly without disruption.
Auto-billing will be triggered if an existing subscriber's chatbot is queried and they run out of credits.
Given our varied packages, the system will determine which package to purchase.
Please note - Auto-billing can be disabled in your account at any time by going to Account > Subscription and then clicking on "Disable Auto-Billing".
